We can help you Leverage Nutrition to maximize your performance, results, and health.

Why We’re Different:

  • Practical solutions for real people.

  • Personalized coaching, not one-size-fits-all plans.

What We Do Best

Sports Nutrition

We help you understand how to fuel for your sport, and coach you through the nuances along the way to maximize your performance.

Fat Loss & Building Muscle

We’ll help you outline the nutrition targets you need to focus on to optimize fat loss or building muscle, and keep you accountable along the way.

Weight Management

We’ll help you understand a healthy weight for you (not a certain physique or BMI) and coach you to reach/manage that weight.

Corporate Nutrition

We’ll be your partner in helping promote and educate your team about nutrition to improve your employees health and create a healthy workplace culture.

Companies We’ve Worked With

I’ve had Mike work with me for just over a year now, and he’s been a key part of my coaching team and helping my hockey athletes ensure their maximum potential. Mike’s presentations were exceptional, delivering clear and practical messages that resonated with our athletes. He simplified complex concepts, making it easy for our players to adopt the recommended dietary strategies. I look forward to continuing working with Mike.

What Does a Registered Dietitian (RD) Do?

Dietitian’s are health professionals, that all have at least a 4-year bachelors degree and 1200 hour internship, that help people improve their health and well-being through nutrition. We provide personalized dietary advice and plans based on the latest scientific research and each individual’s unique needs.

Something people might not know: Dietitians are Nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are Dietitians. This is confusing in the online world where it’s not always obvious where someone is from. The title of “Nutritionist” is not protected in some provinces, states, and countries. Meaning anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. In Alberta (where we operate), however, Nutritionist IS a protected title – meaning you can only call yourself a nutritionist if you’re also a Dietitian.

As a Personal Trainer I know nutrition decently well, but not to the extent that Mike does. His expertise, knowledge, and nutrition coaching are levels beyond what I’m able to provide for my clients, so I always recommend my clients work with him. And, his services are often covered by benefits so my clients don’t have to pay extra. Win-Win. All my clients I’ve sent his way have only said good things about him. Highly recommend.
