Who Are We?

We are a Nutrition company, serviced by Registered Dietitians, that helps people leverage nutrition to maximize their results, performance, and health. We are based out of Edmonton, AB, Canada.

Our Dietitians place a value on practicality, sustainability, and balance. Through a collaborative process we will help you make small incremental changes that stick.

Who We Work With:

We work virtually with individuals 1-on-1, and a combination of In-Person + virtual with groups – some of our current clients are hockey and sports teams, as well as corporate clients.

We are able to serve clients out of: Alberta, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and the Territories.

Sports Nutrition

We help our athletes understand how to fuel for their sport, and coach them through all of the nuances along the way to maximize their performance.

Fat Loss & Building Muscle

We help our clients understand the nutrition targets needed to optimize fat loss or building muscle, and keep them accountable along the way.

Weight Management

We help our clients understand what weight might work for them, instead of ascribing to a certain physique, and coach them how to reach that weight – helping them navigate any challenges they might face along the way.

I’ve had many of my clients see Mike, and he’s helped out with some of my squash camps. The presentations, information, and handouts he’s provided have been very effective in helping these athletes understand how to optimize their nutrition for performance.

1-on-1 Services (Virtual + In-Person)

We work collaboratively with our clients to make a nutrition plan together, and then coach them through it – helping them navigate things along the way that are tricky.

How To Get Started:

1. Fill out a Client Interest Form and we’ll send you some more information (click on the button below).

2. After you fill out the above form, someone will be in touch to set up a quick 15-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit. If we’re a good fit we’ll book an Initial Consultation.

During an Initial Consultation, which usually takes around an hour, we get to know you, your health history, and your goals. From here we start to formulate a nutrition plan, one that is customized to you and is sustainable. What each individual will need in their plan will vary, but plans will often include a combination of the following: document outlining caloric and macronutrient targets for different goals, Meal Plan(s) (multiple iterations can be made together, which can include a grocery list and recipes), and various informative handouts.

We have regular Follow Ups, usually every 2-4 weeks, where we assess how things are going and adapt our nutrition plan as needed.

Group Services (Virtual + In-Person)

We work with groups, like sports teams and companies (eg. corporate wellness).

We usually do a combination of presentations, providing resources, and being a source of accessible support while working together.
