Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats

Equipment Needed

  •  Mason Jar or Tupperware Container

 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oats (rolled)
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 
  • 2 tbsps Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Oat Milk
  • 1/2 Banana

Instructions

Step 1

Add everything but the banana to a mason jar / Tupperware. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

Step 2

Add sliced banana before having.

Step 3

Serve and enjoy!

Notes About Recipe

  • Multiple servings: It’s often best to make multiple servings (3 or more) at a time, for a quick grab and go option the next day(s).
  • Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
