- Mason Jar or Tupperware Container
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oats (rolled)
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsps Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Oat Milk
- 1/2 Banana
Instructions
Step 1
Add everything but the banana to a mason jar / Tupperware. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
Step 2
Add sliced banana before having.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
