    Ingredients

    • 1 Apple 
    • 3/4 cup Almond Milk
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    • 2 tbsps Peanut Butter
    • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 1 tbsp Honey
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1/4 cup Oats

    Instructions

    Step 1

    Place all of the ingredients into a blender.

    Step 2

    Blend the ingredients until well blended. Then serve and enjoy!

    Notes About Recipe

    • If you use frozen apples, add a few ice cubes to help make it a smooth and creamy texture.
