Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tbsps Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Oats
Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
Step 2
Blend the ingredients until well blended. Then serve and enjoy!

- If you use frozen apples, add a few ice cubes to help make it a smooth and creamy texture.
