Mike’s journey to becoming a Dietitian began during his career as a Personal Trainer, where he quickly realized how critical nutrition is to achieving lasting results. His mission is to simplify the science of nutrition and empower clients to take control of their health through practical, sustainable strategies.

Mike specializes in:

When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find Mike on the ice playing hockey, competing in squash, spending quality time with friends and family, or relaxing with a good book, movie, or TV series.
